The Patan Academy of Health Sciences is a medical school in Nepal that was created to address the healthcare needs of people living in remote and rural regions of the country.
In Summer 2011, a group of us from the UBC School of Medicine will go to PAHS to learn about medical education and healthcare in Nepal, and work with the PAHS class to help improve our mutual academic experiences.
